Stephen Barnard has served as a Director for Weave News and also provided support for the St. Lawrence Citizen Journalism Incubator project. He teaches Sociology at St. Lawrence University and is the author of Citizens at the Gates: Twitter, Networked Publics, and the Transformation of American Journalism (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018).
